Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Charbroil® purchase; if you are not, you may return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that grills must be in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the item back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for oversized items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
